All product dispatched correctly has no change or refund.

Wrong address - If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facilities and you will be responsible for the return costs once we have confirmed the correct address.

System address error - If our shipping system alters the postal address and you do not receive your order. Botanica Enjabonada assumes the cost of forwarding.

Lost or stolen packages - Botanica Enjabonada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We use the services of USPS (United States Postal Service). If your package was delivered and you did not receive it because it was delivered to the wrong address or it was stolen, you can request a claim in the mail using your tracking number.
